Pitching & outreach

The listening room.

Approve a journalist's request and hand them the whole record — streaming, masters, and a press kit named for them.

What it is

A /listen link is the full-record reveal: the whole release streaming on the pitch's own dark paper, with the masters one click away. It's gated by its own grant token, not a plan — the header says plainly who it was prepared for and how long access runs, the page is invisible to search engines, and a revoked or expired token collapses to one quiet not-found.

Granting access

When a journalist asks for the record, the request lands on /leads. Hit grant record and Cue mints the listening-room link and puts it on your clipboard — you send it however you like.

What they get

  • The whole record, streaming with play-through — one tap and it plays to the end.
  • Per-track master downloads, plus the full press release and credits inline.
  • One press-kit package at the top: a zip named for them with the press release PDF, the artist photo, and the masters as WAV + MP3.

The kit stays current

The press-kit PDF always reflects the press release as it stands in the studio — edit the release and every kit downloaded after that carries the new text. Audio is transcoded once and reused, so the package builds fast no matter how many journalists you grant.
