Workspaces & teams.

Your private container. One workspace per team or project. Tracks, collections, rounds, contacts — all scoped to one.

What a workspace is

A workspace is the boundary around all your work. Tracks, collections, rounds, contacts, custom fields, EPK pages — all of it lives inside one workspace. Workspaces don't share data (and shouldn't; they're how we keep one client's catalog separate from another's).

Branding

Open Settings → Workspace. You can set a logo (used on EPK pages), an accent color, a tagline. The accent color flows through the public-facing surfaces — your EPK pages and shareable pitches carry your visual identity, not Cue's.

Your own view of Cue is set per device under Settings → Appearance: system, light, or dark (dark is the house default). It applies instantly — no save button.

Modes

A workspace runs in one of two modes — Artist or Label — chosen during onboarding. Mode shapes which addons are on by default and which even appear: label workspaces default to catalog intake, artist profiles, and the contacts CRM, while core features (library, collections, rounds, shares, EPKs, pitch send) are always on in both modes. You can flip modes or toggle any addon individually on the addons page.

Teams & seats

Workspaces are multi-user. Open Settings → Members to invite people by email and set a role — owner, admin, member, or viewer — and change or revoke either at any time. Seats are part of the plan: Free includes 2, Musician 3, and Engineer and Publicist are unlimited.
